Please do double check time to time for your hot item menu at Bfast.

The staffs are friendly and warmed welcome the guests. The shuttle bus is provided accroading the time schedule given . The request of the booking is given and satisfying me indeed.

The food for breakfast are cold! For example : the steamed buns are not hot . The fried veggie is cold inspite of placed at inside of the warmer. The bread ( croissants) is cold as well . The point is a hot items must be hot but they dont at virtually . The adaptor location inside of the room is located far away from the bed frame so then it is making the guest for having the difficulty to do charging while need to use at the same time. The location of the hotel is not about 400M from Nana Bts as written at Booking.com

The location of the hotel was very good.5 minutes walk distance from Nana BTS station, bars and shopping.Room was big and clean.Very friendly staff ready to assist you.

Location and the staff

The shower was cold, the shower doors let water out, the refrigerator leaked, I didn’t have bottled water on day 1 ( but I did on other days) and a light was burnt out.

I booked this hotel by mistake, I thought I had booked the Ibis styles 50m up the road The room is very compact, very clean. I had to get twin beds so I had somewhere to put my suitcase. A bit noisy around 3am when people return from a night out with a Thai bar girl Staff were lovely

Nice place to stay in Bangkok. Close to Nana station, 7/11, restaurants, markets. Modern room, clean, quiet .excellent breakfast. Absolutely recommended.

Eventhough the location is in the center of nightlife area, the hotel actually very comfortable and closed to BTS.

Since I actually prefer more private area, apparently this place is located in the center of nightlife area.

location was excellent, not far from the mainstream

I didnt like waking up during the night to cigarette smoke coming thru my bathroom ventilation, suppose to be a non-smoking hotel. This occurred more than once. Front desk staff offered to relocate me to another room ? Great let Me Waste my TIme packing and unpacking again .......

Medium, but we booked wrong hotel, didn't choose it first place

Small shower, poor view to the parking lot, no room in the cupboard, walls were very thin and could hear everything in the hallway. We also booked different Ibis hotel that we wanted cause booking didnt give the correct hotel with the address we typed in. And we arrived so late when we discovered so we couldn't cancel anymore without fee. Taxis also mixed up the addresses with Ibis Styles hotel and Ibis Bangkok. The address is sukhumvit 41 not 4

My favourite Bangkok hotel "loved it"

From the moment I walked in I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful the staff were. From the door to the desk they made me feel important. I've never experienced this kind and considerate service in any hotel I have ever stayed in before. Warm and welcoming. The service desk and check in counter staff were fabulous. I was promptly attended to and their efficiency ensured I had the right room in the right configuration. The bed was so comfortable. The location is great I walked from Nana BTS and it only took me about 10 minuted to get to the hotel. Unfortunately, I had an early flight out and did not stay for breakfast but would have loved to stay there my entire trip. The bathroom was immaculately clean and the shower was fabulous. Its close to the night life.. Just a short stoll from the hotel. This is now my favourite hotel in Bangkok. I will stay here every time I visit now.

Okay, I know I am supposed to write something about the hotel here that I didn't think was good.. But seriously I cant think of anything bad about my stay.

Breakfast was very good.

Breakfast was very good. Just 5 mins walk from Nana BTS. Anyone who loves to drink or a have a beer and hear music, soi 4 is best for him!!!! At least 10-15 pubs with disco are are there. Lots of 7/11 shops in the same road. MCdonalds just 5 min walk from IBIS and Burger King is 7 min walk.

Rooms are slightly small. But ok for couple.

Helpful staff, central location, clean rooms.

Staff were helpful and spoke great English. The hotel was close to a BTS station and located in a central part of Bangkok.

Food wasn't great. Fridge was leaking.

On the way to the hotel there are bars, 7-11, the room is comfortable and nice, the food is wonderful. it's nearby Nana Square, close to BTS ( Nana Station ) and from Nana to Seim is only 4 stations.

there is no charge-connector, u need to prepared by yourself.

Excellent hospitality and convenient location. I will definitely visit them again

The location is convenient, rooms are well maintained. The staff in this hotel is simply excellent. I would rate their staff service as 5 star. The only minor setback are the tourists staying in the hotel. Some of them happened to be a little inconsiderate. Door slamming and talking loudly along the corridor during midnight. Luckily this incident only happened 1 night out of the 4 nights we stayed.
